Important Campsite Information

• We are a family friendly campsite.
• In the consideration of every guest’s enjoyment and in keeping with our license, we have a no noise policy between the hours of 11pm and 8am.
• Responsible pet owners are welcome to bring dogs to the site. Dogs should be kept on a lead at all times and should not be left unattended at any time. 
• Dog owners must clean up all dog mess straight away and deposit it in the appropriate bins. 
• Please help to keep the site tidy, use the bins provided and recycle where possible. 
• All BBQs and fire pits must be raised from the ground so not to cause any damage to the grass, unless in a designated spot.
• Fireworks and Chinese lanterns are prohibited on the site. 
• The toilets are free of charge to use and are cleaned at least twice a day.
• Please keep the washing up and drinking water station areas tidy and be considerate of other campsite guests. 
• All users of the site are responsible for the safekeeping of any personal possessions and the Company will take no liability for the loss and/or damage of them.
• No access is guaranteed to your pitch before 1pm on the day of your arrival and guests are asked to vacate pitches by 12pm on the day of departure. 
• If booked more than 28 days in advance then a deposit is taken on booking and the remaining balance due 28 days prior to arrival. For any bookings made less than 28 days in advance, full payment is due upon booking.
• All bookings are non-refundable but are transferable. 
• Any cancellations made 28 days prior to arrival will not have their deposit refunded but the balance due payment will be cancelled. Any bookings that cancel within 28 days of the arrival date will receive no refund for the balance paid.
• Decisions are made at the discretion of Management.
